Being the owner of investment rental properties myself, I
understand how much time and effort can go into them. If you
work and have a family, it is difficult to take care of all your
property’s needs without overwhelming yourself. This is why
we are here. We will take care of your investment as if it
were our own and free up your time.
We have extensive experience in many categories that will
benefit you the owner. Some of these are legal, budget,
landscaping, painting, re-roofing, heat & air conversions,
upgrading/remodels, marketing, and plumbing. With this
knowledge at your feet, it can save you or even make you
money. We do not add on money to any service that is
scheduled for your property. What it cost is what you pay.

Our goal at NVPM is to stay small in order to keep that
“personal touch” that your property needs and deserves. By
not doing anything else but residential property management,
we are able to focus on your investment more than other
companies. We guarantee that you will enjoy our services

· One home 10% (or $100 whichever is higher)
· Two homes 9% (or $200 whichever is higher)

We offer one time lease ups where we will personally tour/show your property, run an ad (owner pays cost), and take care of the paperwork and move-in. We charge half of the normal months rent for this service and if we do not rent your property, you do not have to pay us other than the ad costs.
