| One Time Lease Up |
| We offer one time lease ups where we will personally tour/show your property, run an ad (owner pays cost), and take care of the paperwork and move-in. We charge half of the normal months rent for this service and if we do not rent your property, you do not have to pay us other than the ad costs. |
