GERUL SIMPKINS

Gerul is back! Gerul has been in Chico for 20 years and has been in the Real Estate and Property Management industry for 15 years.  He is also a huge fitness enthusiast as he is a licensed personal trainer.  Gerul has done a bit of everything in Property Management and with NVPM.  Currently our Property Manager who primarily focuses with owners, Gerul has also worked in the leasing department and has brought new technology with him.   He introduced the Matterport 3D Camera: With a 3D virtual tour, giving prospective leads the ability to do their own walkthroughs.
